REINVENTION TEAM! ACTION GROUP

The Reinvention Team! Action Group is a nine-week path to transformation.  It's designed to provide you with the tools, support and feedback you need to launch a creative and comprehensive reinvention plan.  This is not a group for the lazy!  We will 'hold your feet to the fire' to take concrete action every week towards your goals.

The Reinvention Team! Action Group is for you if...

• You've been working for at least five years and have a track record of success in your previous career
• Your reinvention is already in progress, or you're ready to get started
• You have some ideas about what you'd like to do next (or are trying to figure it out)
• You have the basic tools of your job search (i.e. resume) ready
• You're willing to honestly face the internal barriers that may be holding you back
• You're willing to experiment and be persistent
• You're committed to showing up and doing the work every week

And you want to...

• Identify a roadmap to your personal success
• Build velocity towards your dream career
• Have focus and clarity around your reinvention goals
• Begin making tangible progress to produce results.

Here's what you'll get from the group:

1. More inspiration and creativity about your career options. 

As a part of a group, you'll be able to brainstorm with others, thereby expanding your ideas about what's possible.

2. Motivation to take consistent action towards your goals. 

By sending in weekly reports and getting feedback, you'll be in 'activity mode' and accountable for your progress.

3. Freedom from limiting beliefs and willingness to take risks. 

By helping you to identify your barriers and supporting you as you step outside your comfort zone, you'll be able to conquer long-held patterns and experience breakthroughs in the results you see in your life.

4. Increased confidence. 

As you see the result from your actions and opportunities begin to manifest, you'll grow stronger in your belief that the life you seek is within your reach.

How the group works:

The group is structured to give you the information you need to launch your career reinvention, support you in implementing the steps and provide accountability to help you keep on track.  Here's how it works:

1. Ninety-minute group coaching sessions via telephone bridge line*, personally conducted by Pamela.
2. Twelve participants, maximum, so you'll get the attention and support you need.
3. Weekly action reports that you'll submit to Pamela (and the group); for each report, you'll receive personal feedback and suggestions.

In addition, you'll also get the following...

• MP3 recordings of all group coaching calls, so you can review them or listen in if you have to miss a session.
• "Reinvention Intention" accountability system, where you'll report to the group what you've accomplished between sessions and what you plan to do in the upcoming weeks.  This is the key to the group's success!.

• Call dates:  Tuesdays; Aug 5, 12, 19, 26 - Sep 9, 16, 30 - Oct 14, 21
• Time:  8-9:30pm, Eastern time (5-6:30pm Pacific)
• Call length: 90 minutes, via telephone bridge line (NOT an 800#)
• Limited to 12 participants.
• Fee: $297/month for three months

	*A bridge is simply a special telephone line that can accommodate many people at one time, just like those conference calls you have in the office!
